Protecting against external aggression
Sun, pollution, tobacco, there are many external elements that attack the skin's corneal layer and epidermis.

Choose hypoallergenic care treatments
Whatever your skin type, favour hypoallergenic care treatments that are less aggressive to the skin.
Hydrated skin
80% of the body is made up of water. The skin (the dermis) contains 70% water and the epidermis 15%.
It is therefore essential that the heart of the skin remains correctly hydrated. The aim is to avoid the skin becoming dull, that its role as a barrier against the external pollution and germs present in our environment becomes weakened, or that fine lines and wrinkles develop. And worse, if the dehydration persists, that they become permanent. A dehydrated skin is less resistant to oxidant stress.
The problem is that it is difficult to know whether the skin is dehydrated or not, particularly if you have greasy skin that produces sebum as a protection, if the skin is tight but there is no sign of redness or roughness.
How can you be sure that you have a balanced, supple skin ?
> Use a moisturising (non-nourishing) cream every day, even if you have a greasy skin.
> For that you can use a moisturising mask during the day, and remove any excess using spa water applied by spray.
